About the Job
Job Responsibilities:
Operate
FedEx Ship Manager
to process outgoing shipments.
Package printed orders and verify shipping instructions match work orders.
Assist the
Bindery Department
with finishing and post-production tasks.
Ensure all packing slips are printed, accurate, and prepared for delivery.
Maintain a clean, organized shipping and delivery work area.
File and maintain customer work orders.
Assist with general office duties as needed.
Perform light janitorial tasks to support a clean work environment.
Serve as an
inter-office runner
, retrieving archived work tickets and supporting office staff.
Maintain cleanliness of property grounds.
Lift and move heavy boxes for shipping, load delivery vans, and assist customers with loading orders into vehicles.
Qualifications:
Valid
California state-issued driver’s license
with a clean driving record.
Willingness to work
on-call or as needed
, especially during busy or peak seasons.
Forklift Certification
preferred.
Ability to safely lift and move heavy materials.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
Reliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
